I received a Christmas card from a cousin today with a poem enclosed. He and his wife knew this was my first Christmas without Mother and wanted to share a special poem with me. It made me cry but it is so beautiful that I wanted to share it. Some of my blog friends have lost a mother, father, children, brothers, sister, grandfather or grandmother. Others have lost close friends so I want to share this poem with all of you that have lost someone special in your life.

Christmas In Heaven
I see the countless Christmas trees around the world below
With tiny lights like heaven's stars reflecting on the snow.
The sight is so spectacular; please wipe away the tear,
For I am spending Christmas with Jesus Christ this year.
I hear the many Christmas songs that people hold so dear,
But the sounds of music can't compare to the Christmas choir up here.
I have no words to tell you the joy their voices bring,
For it is beyond description to hear the angels sing.
I see how much you miss me; I see the pain inside your heart,
But I am not far away; we really aren't apart.
So be happy for me, dear one; you know I hold you dear,
And be glad I'm spending Christmas with Jesus Christ this year.
I send you a special gift from my heavenly home above:
I send you a dear memory of my true undying love.
After all "love" is the gift more precious than pure gold.
It was always most important in the stories Jesus told.
Please love and keep each other as my Father said to do,
For I can't count the blessings of the love He has for you.
So please wipe away that tear,
For I am spending Christmas with Jesus Christ this year.

I have to thank you big time for the pretty Christmas card and the wonderful tea. It smells delish! Gonna have a cup after dinner. Found the website of the tea company online and the prices are pretty darn good. Thanks so much for sharing with me.

Love to you and yours!
