Hidden Haven Homestead

Tomorrow morning I will be driving to Franklin to visit my youngest daughter Megan and her 2 children; Quintin and Gabby. Gabby is having a birthday party (she is turning 7) so grandma has to be there for the big day. Sunday is a family reunion on my dad's side of the family. My aunt Lola is the only living relative we have from dad's family. He and his brothers have passed away in the last few years so its up to the children and grandchildren to carry on the tradition. Its always fun to see family that you don't ususally see but at reunions and there is always the good food! After the reunion I am driving on to TN to visit my oldest daughter Maggie and her family: Brannon (her hubby), Kristine and Raigun (their daughters). Kristine starts school on Monday but Raigun doesn't start til Thursday thus she will be coming home with me for a few days. I will be taking her home on Wednesday so my next week will be mostly road trips .
But grandmas are suppose to be able to be there to spoil and help when needed. I will be away from computer for a few days but will have the fun of catching up on everyone's blogs when I return.
