Pumpkin Brownies
Pumpkin Brownies
1 cn. (16 oz.) pumpkin
4 eggs
3/4 C. oil
2 C. flour
2 C. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1 Tbsp. pumpkin pie spice
2 tsp. ground cinnamon
2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
Frosting:
6 Tbsp. butter
1 pkg. cream cheese (8 oz.)
1 tsp. vanilla
1 Tbsp. milk
1 1/2 - 2 C. Confectioners Sugar
Combine and mix well the pumpkin, eggs and the oil. Then add all of the dry ingredients. Mix well and pour into a well greased 9 x 13 pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes or until done. Cool and frost with cream cheese frosting. Enjoy!
