Mix 2lb of ground beef (or chuck) with a cup of Italian bread crumbs and 1/4 cup pizza sauce. Once its all mixed well place it on sheet of foil and spread out.

OK, this looks gross to me, because I am a cheese hater, but my family isn't and this looks like something that they would love. I'll be trying it out on them next week.

Looks yummy to me. I see meatloaf as comfort food. I have some moose meat ground up that will do the trick for me. Thanks for the reminder.
Toasted meatloaf sandwiches the next day are excellent.
hmm adding cheese to the middle of it is a great idea, I might try that.
