My Swap Stocking Arrived!

I am so excited! I received my stocking today from my swap partner Miss Pea! She has been reading up on me as she filled my stocking with all my favorites! I am in love with snowmen and she took care of me in that department. I now have snowman scissors, snowmen kitchen towels, snowmen SOCKS! You know I love my holiday socks! A beautiful snowman ornament in a snowman's velvet bag, I got the cutest little cheese/jam servers with a Christmas tree handle and a snowman handle. Christmas tea and truffle hot chocolate mix filled my stocking along with my favorite gift of all... Some of Miss Pea's homemade chocolates!! All the items came in a snowman stocking of course! Thank you so very much Pea! Thank you for taking part in my first swap and thank you for being a wonderful caring swap partner! Below the photos is the list of swap partners so you can check in to see what they receive in their stocking. Thanks again Pea!!

I'm so glad it reached you safely Peggy:-) I'm also relieved you liked everything!! I would have liked to have enclosed some of my cherry chocolates but they don't travel well and I was worried the cherry center would be all over your stocking! lol It was so much fun getting the swap ready for you...wish I could have wrapped it all but I had to watch the weight...if I would have wrapped even one item, it would have doubled the postage! Sheesh! Thank you so much for hosting this swap...I so enjoyed it!! Haven't received yours yet but as soon as I do, I will be posting about it:-) Hugs xox

What a lovely package of snowmen Pea sent your way. You can just look at it all and know that she had the best time finding them all for you.

You certainly can tell who doesn't have little children at home. They are the women who have their Christmas decorations up and their shopping done, or well underway, even before Thanksgiving has past.

When I was little, it was all done secretly Christmas Eve. What a surprise in the morning for the three of us as we got up only an hour or two after our parents went to bed. Santa's visit was SOOOO real.

The only thing Christmaslike here is me. I look like the old Elf himself these days.
