Cold Weather Tonight

Its suppose to freeze tonight so William brought in my houseplants and while the door was open a few cats thought it best to spend the night inside by the fire.

This is a wild cat that no one has been able to handle. Its been coming up on the porch every day to eat and now has decided it will come inside. Its hiding on a chair under the tablecloth. Its white with orange tiger stripe tail, ears and feet.
Grocho decided to lay in the middle of the kitchen mess. He likes being away from the other cats.
And then there is baby kitty. She does not like being alone. She wants to be in your lap or have you petting her all the time. William was trying to read and she kept getting in his face and crying till he petted her. Momma Kitty hid so I couldn't take her picture. Whiskers and Dimples thought the outside was better than being in with all the other cats.

We are enjoying a nice fire in the stove and relaxing after a busy day. Hope you are having a warm blessed evening.

I am still waiting on some of you that joined the swap to give me your information!

You have more cats than I rememer. You are such a soft touch. If I lived near by I would be dropping off a couple of cats when you weren't looking. I have cats that look and behave very much like yours. Hard to tell American cats from Canadian cats. LOL

Glad you are enjoying some cooler weather, -6 C here last night. . .bracing!

Hi Peggy - sure is starting to cool off now, goes with the time change - the evenings are really drawing in early, no wonder those 4-legged friends are confused!

I'm looking for a new supplier for firewood - the one we had passed on and his son has sold off the remaining wood. We love our fireplace in Winter and burn about a cord each season. However, before we stoke up the hearth, we are headed to Emerald Isle for the weekend - taking our Granddaughter and hoping it will be warm enough to romp on the beach and go shelling if not swimming! We usually go in Oct. but the trip to England got in the way.

Stay warm - the kitties are cute and certainly make a place a home - I miss having one around the house but now seem to have three wild ones in my garden!

How generous of William to offer his chest as a kitty pillow!

Baby kitty is my favorite type of cat. Right now I'm catless but when I retire in a few months I'm getting one. Enjoy your toasty fire and cat company!

Nice to see William knows about the most comfortable article of mens clothing ever invented. Bibs rule...lol Fortunately I am healing up and can wear my jeans again, but I still grab those "damned bibs" as my lovely wife calls em'.
