Things are still stressed around here. The kitchen is a war zone. The stray dog is still avoiding being captured but I put the goats in the pen at night so he can't get to them. Got the last of the soap orders out this morning so finally caught up on that. Phone is finally working right again. It would ring but would still ring when I tried to answer it. My neighbor Vicki that had a stroke fell this morning trying to walk without her cane. Her mom Fran tried to help her up but called me and we got her up. She is okay just sore. I think I am getting a cold as I have been sneezing and my nose is runny. Have to go deliver a cheese order and pick up some feed for the goats and chickens. It is cool and very windy here today. I feel a nice fire being built tonight. Today is my SIL Brannon's birthday. So happy birthday Brannon! Hope you get a Elvis gift. LOL My daughter Maggie sent me some halloween photos. The girls are growing up so fast!

Love the pictures of your girls. I know remodeling is not fun but you will forget all about it when you see how wonderful it will be!

I got my soap! I am going to try to post on it this weekend. The smells are heavenly!

I think the muck is going around. The hub is just getting over his and I woke with a sore throat and nasty tingle behind my nose. I know what's coming next . . a full-blown cold. Well, good news is the weekend is upon us and we won't have folks trampling through our homes. High five kitchen disaster sista!

Peggy, I am so sorry to hear things are still very stressful for you, I think Kitchen remodeling is the worst, thats always the busiest room in our house!
I remember Thanksgiving two years ago we were doing some remodeling and I was trying to fix a big Thanksgiving dinner while Alan was still laying the hardwood floor! It all worked out, the floor was done and dinner was ready when the family arrived, but talk about stressful!!!
My prayers and well wishes to you and Frans Mom.
I Hope you have a good relaxing evening by the warm cozy fire!
Annie

Hi Peggy, hope that stray dog can be caught. On my 40th birthday, stray dogs got in and killed three of my goats. It was so horrible.
Kitchen remodeling is so hard. But when its over, it will all be worth it

Your granddaughter with the pig tails made me think of my sister. For the first twelve years of her life her hair was done like that. Is it part of the costume? You don't see girls with their hair like that any more. Could have been an English thing.

Dear Peggy,
I am so sorry you are having such a hectic time. Getting a cold is enough to stress you and take down your resilience.

Be careful and take good care of yourself.
