Red and Green Pancakes

Its tradition that we have red and green pancakes the last morning of our Christmas weekend. PopPop took over the cooking of them this year. I was busy passing out plates and pouring milk and juice. Our last morning together seems to be going much too fast and I can't stop the clock.

This is our first xmas "home" in 10 years. We just moved back this summer so our teens (13 and 14) don't remember xmas with the family. We've already had some pre-Christmas get togethers and that is what I'm enjoying most. Not the gifts, shopping, etc. It's the time spent around the table, or huddled in front of the tv to watch a niece sing publicly... and yes, the time does go by fast, doesn't it?

Your pictures are lovely.
