A lovely tribe of goats. Any plans to hiring a goat herder to take them out to a local park to browse?

The kids are growing so fast!
I hope they all are doing well.
I know how it is to have it all to yourself too. I have it 3 days a week where I am the only farmer on duty. I can't imagine it any longer.
take care and have a great weekend.

Our cows do the same thing, although we don't milk, but every day they take turns babysitting the baby calves. Every once in awhile one of the mom's doesn't want to take her turn. She will gradually get up start munching hay and wandering futher and futher away.

Suddenly one of the other moms will break away from her munching and come butt the errant babysitter until she goes back to her 'job'.
