Photoless Monday
Sorry no photos but just haven't had time to grabbed the camera. William is home but not by choice. Hopefully he will be back on the road in a few days. He did 2 garden tilling jobs for neighbors and we sold a load of firewood over the weekend. It has been so warm we have been eating our meals out on the back porch. I will post a picture of our summer stove tomorrow. Its a gas stove from a camper with a big oven that's been put on a gas grill frame. You can roll it around wherever you want it or even take it camping. We have it on the back porch and will use it a lot so as not to heat the kitchen up this summer, plus during hurricane season when the power goes off we can still cook. Bonnie the goose is setting on her eggs and taking her job seriously. I went to give her fresh water and she bit my hand. I have a nice big blood blister above my thumb. I was very good though and sat her water down without spilling it before removing her from my hand. Her eggs should hatch around the 3rd of April. We moved the sheep over to Kiddie Daycare and moved the kids into the pen next to their mommies. That way the goats can see each other and there isn't as much crying. ViVi is back in jail. Her first day out and she starts jumping out of all the pens and trying to eat the chicken and rabbits food. Don't think she will ever stop doing that so after she kids in May she may go up for sale. We have 2 new rabbits here at Hidden Haven. I will post photos tomorrow. They already have names so there won't have to be a name the rabbit poll for these. They are Sparky and Smokey and are the cutest little things! Our onions, radishes, cauliflower, broccoli are doing great. We hoped to plant carrots and lettuce this evening but ran out of time. We will plant them tomorrow. It has been in the 80's F for several days. Tomorrow and Wednesday are suppose to be the same then a cold front is coming in. Just winter letting us know its not ready for its summer nap. Things just crazy and busy around here but tomorrow I promise to take a few pictures to post. Have a great night! These warm days have been great for getting outside! Having meals on the porch sounds like a great idea. Take care!
Sorry about your injury and I would love to see your summer stove and the new bunnies.

Hope your hand heals fast. Ouch, that must've hurt. I had a chicken do that and used to hold on for awhile. She still nips me whenever she can.
I want to plant vegetables:( And yes I will adopt you:)
Yes, pictures please. Can't wait to see it!
(I'm sneaking Vivi a nail file) It's been gorgeous here today too. I thought it was supposed to rain so I put ALL my flowers out to get a natural soak--but of course it didn't rain. Now it's supposed to get colder tomorrow so I'll have to bring them ALL back in. Geesh. xo
