Congrats To Grandson
Grandson "Q" 's team played Cherokee last night. Cherokee has always won as they are a big strong team. Everyone dreads playing them because they come home from the game injured, wore out, few points, and defeated. Q's team lost last night BUT... The score was 22 to 20! A very close game. Q got switched to receiver and made the first touchdown for his team. The other team did all their scoring in the first half with score 22 to 0 at halftime. Q's team held them the last half and did their scoring. Q also scored the last points of the game by running a two point conversion. He told me when he saw the big guys waiting to pounce on him he just put his helmet down and ran as hard as he could. He ran so hard he ran out of his shoes! Everyone had a good laugh afterwards when he went back to get them but he was so happy he didn't care. I am so looking forward to next weekend when I can be there in person to cheer him and his team on.

Congrats Q!!! Amazing turnaround in the game. Maybe you can share photos when you attend the game in person Peggy. I love your pretty header picture - so pretty!
That is awesome. Remind Q that no matter how good both teams are, there can only be one winner.
Congrats to your grandson, Peggy. He's a good football player. SO glad you get to see him play next week. He'll love having you there also. How old is he?????
Hugs,
Betsy
Good job to your grandson!
