Dirty Santa

After our big Christmas dinner we relaxed in the livingroom and played dirty Santa. Each person brought a small gift to put under the tree. The first person picked a gift and opened it. The second person could either take the gift opened or pick a new one. We had a blast! Needless to say there was alot of trading going on. We so enjoyed having Gerda be part of our Christmas this year.

We were kinder to Baby E and Brother J. Melody and I gave them gifts to open and keep. Didn't think they would understand or appreciate having their gift taken away.

We play dirty bingo at our family reunions. We each bring one gag prize and there's always a lot of laughing going on.

Are Baby E and Brother J staying with Megan again? Hope things are going well for her. She's still in my daily prayers.

What fun. I love playing Dirty Santa. Those little ones don't understand about games so it's best to let them have their toys and gifts. Looks like a houseful of fun and laughter. Happy holidays.

Peggy,
I have been waiting for your pictures and to hear about the wonderful time your family had together. You do such a good job for all the family/kids! They enjoy a special Christmas together and a time to fellowship with each other. You and DH are sweet people to do this every year for family. The children will remember this all their lives. God Bless you both.
Hugs,
Connie

Hi Peggy, I have caught up with your blog posts... The Treasure Hunt looked fabulous. Wish I had have been in the Tractor Supply Store to see the groups come in there --and then sing.... LOVE IT....

Dirty Santa is a fun game also.. We used to do that every year for our staff party when I worked in Texas. AND every year ---some of the previous years 'gifts' came back again... I always ended up with the worst gift of all... ha ha

Sounds like your family had a wonderful time together. Did the TN family get there also????

Hugs,
Betsy

We play that game every Christmas Eve and you're right, it's so much fun!! I'm getting ready to play it again this year, my youngest brother Guy and his family are coming to spend Christmas here and they've asked if we can play it:-) Loved seeing all the pictures. xoxo
