Its finally feeling like fall outside! We actually got down to 33 last night and they say we may get down to 29 tonight. I love it! I got lots of things done outside today and even some things done inside. I have a nice fire going and the tea kettle is on as I get ready to snuggle down with a good cup of chi Latte and finish a book I started last week and haven't gotten back to. I talked with hubby today and wished him a happy veterans day. Got to talk to Brian last night on computer and wish him one too. Can't wait for him to get back from Iraq and be a veteran at home! Megan has gotten several replies from her emails. Congressman Charles Taylor is going to try to do something and several papers and news stations are interested so maybe these soldiers won't have to worry about this stupid decision! Thank you to all who wrote letters and emails... Our voices were heard. I have had a big pot of lentil soup cooking all day and it was soooo good for supper. I have lots left so will freeze some for William to take with him. I will have plenty for lunch tomorrow and to give my neighbor Fran some for her lunch. Plan on baking bread and brownies tomorrow. There is something about cold weather that makes me want to bake or cook all the time! Hope everyone is staying nice and warm and having a wonderful evening. Grab a book, a cup of tea and relax.........
