Individual Pizza's
The kids wanted pizza's but they each wanted something different on them so here is my recipe for individual pizza's:
english muffins (split in two)
Pizza sauce
several kinds of shredded cheeses
pepperoni slices
cooked and crumbled sausage
diced ham
chopped onions and peppers
Put the muffin slices on a baking sheet. Let the kids put their own ingredients on them... Pop them into the oven for 5 to 10 minutes on 350.... Supper is served!

I haven't made those for years ! They are so yummy and so fast to make. Thanks for the reminder about them.
i love thise things...
your such a good grandma peggy, makes me smile..see..:)
i love these, especially as a snack. it saves me the calories and guilt of a whole pizza. i sometimes roll the muffins out a little and pre-toast them to get that "thin crust" style. yum!
ooooh they look fantastic!
mmm I love those, here in nz we call them mousetraps, they're a good afternoon snack for the kids when they finish school.
