Happy St. Patty's Day

Gabby talked to me on the phone this afternoon to tell me about her visit from a leprechaun. She left a note last night to ask him to leave her some gold. While she was sleeping he came in and turned over some furniture (cause you know leprechauns are a little mischief). He also left her 3 small gold colored balls and a note. The note said that his gold was too heavy to carry around so if she planted the gold balls that she would have gold in 6 days. She woke up at 4am this morning and woke up her mom and dad to tell them about this visit. All the other kids at school are jealous cause the leprechaun didn't visit them!

Gabby is very lucky! If she planted the gold balls I can't wait to hear her story in six days.

Those tricky leprechauns.

My daughter of six years just asked me if everyone 'on the Island' (Ireland) wears greens t-shirts... She asked me this after i read your blog to her (giggle). That was a gorgeous story Peggy. xo
