I Met a Blog and Forum Friend Today!

This morning I had a visitor! Tracy is a homestead forum friend and also a blog neighbor. She came to NC to visit her son and family stationed at Ft Bragg. Aren't I lucky I live close by! Had a wonderful visit as Tracy is even more sweet and fun in person. Her and my grands had a nice time playing and seeing the animals. Her daughter in law promised to bring the kids back along with her husband. Thank you Tracy for making time for me in your short visit to NC. Hope you visit often and call anytime about goats, chickens or just to chat.

We came through No. Carolina and So. Carolina the last two days. We stayed in Charlotte last night!! We are now home after a long long trip of about 2500 miles. You had a great day meeting another blogger..how cool.

I just love it when we get the chance to meet those friends that we have come to be so close to with daily visits to each others cyber homes.

Wow, I sure had some reading to do here to catch up. Wow, I couldn't believe how high those younuns climbed in that tree. No fear of heights with them.... lol

I loved you story about the true blonds. Don't you just love it when they leave themselves open for laughs like that.

Sounds as if you haven't been letting any moss grow under you while I have been away. I know with the critters to take care of you have a full day every day, but add to that those grands and you should tired enough to just fall into bed at night.

I am finally home in TX!!! I can't believe I made it! My first flight was cancelled, second flight sunday yep you guessed it...cancelled...then the airline sent me by a 2 hour cab ride to the Raleigh and bought me a plane ticket on another airline which was...yep you guessed it...delayed! But I am home and I can not tell you how wonderful it was Peggy to meet you and for you to welcome us to your home. I love your home. i love how welcoming you are. Your grand kids are so wonderful. You inspired me when I was there. I love that you are a friend and I hope my son and daughter in law take time from their busy lives to visit you. Your home is so wonderful and relaxing. Again, thank you so much. I can't wait to take my shower tonight...the hard part...what kind of soap am I going to shower with today??

Tracy!
