Good News?
Melody's husband took off work to take her to her appointment at Hope Cancer Center. They told her she would need someone to drive her home after the biopsy. She took her medical records, xrays, test results, etc with her. The doctor she was suppose to see had a emergency and she had to see a different one. He looked at the ultra sound and other test results and told her he thought it was a benign cyst and to come back in 3 months. No biopsy or anything. She has a call into her doctor that sent her there as they were suppose to schedule her hysterectomy there also and never even mentioned that. I am a little miffed at the way it was handled but Melody is staying positive her regular doctor will get everything straightened out. Seems like she has to hurry up and still wait for answers. That is our update but please keep her in your thoughts and prayers.

Hi Peggy,
:o) Still praying everything will be fine. Its the hurry up and wait that gets you!
DH had a phone call from acompany today from aresume' he sent out ,they did a phone interview, had 18 more to interview (this days 18 is not so many)Suppose to call tomorrow. Hope something good comes from it.
Hope you have a great evening!
Blessins',Lib
Oh my, how frustrating is this...
Your daughter is being a champ with such a wonderfully positive attitude...I can't say I'd do the same...Prayers will still be in force for her! ;-) Bo
How horrible to put someone through all that worry. I would still have someone do a biopsy, three months is three months. You all are brave and I know all the prayers were answered. But please have Melody get another opinion if for no other reason than to prove her physician jumped the gun and shouldn't 'have worried her so. A sigh of relief. xo
How could he know by just looking at her paperwork? I will keep her in my prayers.
We'll still be thinking of Melody - and perhaps at least *part* of her visit will turn out to be good news for sure - it being benign. Best wishes, always!
Continued prayers for Melody.
I can't get over that doctor just sent her back home without a biopsy and said to wait 3 months! Geez! Glad she's keeping such a positive attitude though. My prayers continue for her, sis! Love ya! xoxo
I am glad Melody has a call into her regular doctor. I am hoping and praying he will have the same news.
Good thoughts from Georgia.
Pam
Continued prayers for Melody. Sometimes these Doctors and hospitals just don't seem to understand how hard the "waiting" to find out aspect of something like this is.
Health care can be this way a lot of the times. I would stay on my regular doctor like a flea on a cat!! Keep up with this!! Do not let it go. Sandy
ohhhh, i reread it again... SORRY! I still hope everything is going to be OK!
I just got home since Thursday.
I've been thinking about Melody and hoping all would be well. The waiting just stinks but lets hope it's all good news from here on in!!!
Hey Peggy
It seems like all our prayers are working! We will definately keep praying for her!
Thanks so much for updating us.
Stay strong
