Christmas Cards

I got the package of Christmas cards Maggie made for me today. Tonight I am going to sit by the fire and inbetween pouring a candle order I am going to address Christmas cards. I just love sending Christmas cards! Today has been windy and cool but I still got alot done outside. I also got several soap orders in the mail and now I have a few orders to get ready to ship tomorrow. William is in Texas and on his way home. He will be home for Thanksgiving which will be nice. We are going out for Thanksgiving dinner as he usually isn't home so I don't plan a meal. I am cooking a turkey and ham for our family weekend the following week. Life is busy and crazy at the moment but also enjoyable. I am almost finished with filling the stockings and have all the treasures ready for the treasure hunt. William and I will be working on the clues for the treasure hunt while he is home for Thanksgiving. We also plan on trimming goat feet and moving some of the chickens around to their new pens. As I said life is busy around here but I wouldn't have it any other way. I hear a cup of hot chocolate, a fire and a box of Christmas cards calling my name... have a wonderful evening!

Dang it! I missed him again! I would have snagged him to help me with this sick chicken! One of these days the grandboys and I will meet him and have dinner with him. I can't wait until I can keep my animals alive long enough to make a christmas card with them!!!

That is very sweet. If you want to chat with her that will be good, but she may have took it back and spent the money =) I just felt bad for her she is so sweet.

Christmas!? I'm still preparing for Halloween! :)

I saw your post about the nervous turkey. I think our Big Joe realized his future was uncertain, and for the first time ever he roosted in the coop with the chicken without any herding by us. I guess he'll get a reprieve too. Now, if he would only predict the weather... :)

Peggy,

I love your Christmas header and background. You did a great job with it and the music is delightful.

I have just emailed you about the book swap.

Blessings,
