This blog is a journal of the simple living on a small 2 and a half acre farm. The ups and downs. The good and the not so good. Adventures of Hidden Haven animals and some of my own. The sharing of our frugal, hardworking, attempt to be as self sufficient as possible. Please stop by often as we love company!
Things are busy around here. William is home for a few days and we are building new chicken pens and a new dog pen. I have soap orders and paperwork waiting on my attention. Will try to get on tonight and post. Have a blessed day.

William, if you want to survive to retirement you better behave yourself and be nice to Peggy.
You both have fun but don't overdo.
Peggy, he is just giving you a hard time because he likes making up so much.
No rest for the weary - or as grandpa used to say "no rest for the wicked" or Idle hands makes for the devils work - (you won't have to worry about that!)
Enjoy your time with your hubby =) Hope that you get everything done... I finally got a batch of soap made, I had procrastinated {actually just really busy}so long that I couldn't put it off anymore! Ü Wishing you a blessed evening!
Thanks for reading the butterfly story - you've been very supportive and I wanted to share that with you. I would love to read about your dad and the butterfly. Have a restful night,
Sis, you need a secretary for all that paperwork...I'll be right over! hehe It always leaves me in awe all the work you have to do in a day. Glad to hear that William is home for a few days:-) Love you sis. xoxo
Stinky ole bucky boy:-D I know that scent and look well, LOL but our boys don't get any girls though so they put their perfume on for nothing this year, LOL!
Thanks you are such a sweet heart. I know that you mean what you say because you work hard for what you have. I put so much time into the mixes it took me too days to mix all and get ready to ship. You know it isn't easy to stand that many hours. Thanks sweetie you are a true friend.
