Crash!

My computer finally had enough of me and crashed. I am working on getting it back up and running but it will be a couple days. I am using William's laptop to access emails for soap orders, etc but won't be posting a lot as I don't like Vista and of course that's what he has. Will try to pop in and visit blogs when I can. Have a wonderful week and count those blessings. Even though we all are in hard times with the economy we have many blessings to be thankful for!

It took me a bit to get used to Vista too, but I had to take the plunge for a new laptop late this last summer so get used to it I did.

Let us know what you go for.

I've gotten used to my Vista too. It's not too bad. I have a problem finding my pictures, some are in the gallery and some in pictures. I've found that computers usually last only about 6 or 7 years.

Microsoft crashing is a pain. Maybe it is time to install an open source operating system.

Ubuntu, a linux operating system is free. You can either download it and copy it or they will send you free a disc with the operating system on it ready to install. http://www.ubuntu.com/ When I asked my tech guy about it he said "Oh! that is what I have on my computer."

Well on the bright side maybe you will get a really nice new computer.

Have a Terrific Tuesday

I moved over to Vista last year, now I love it. But I did have to buy other new software for a genealogy program because the one I had didn't work with Vista.
