Chili Recipe
A couple of people have asked for my chili recipe so here it is.
1 cup chopped onion 1/2 cup chopped bell pepper
1 pound Ground beef 1 16oz. can tomatoes
1/2 cup catsup 1 8oz can tomato sauce
1 16oz can kidney beans (if I have leftover pintos or other beans I use them instead)
1 teaspoon salt 1 teaspoon chili powder
1/4 teaspoon red pepper 1/4 teaspoon paprika
1 teaspoon flour
Combine onion, green pepper and ground beef together in crock pot and cook on high till meat is no longer pink. Add beans, tomatoes, catsup and sauce and stir well. Mix all your spices and flour together and then add to mixture. Cook on low all day or at medium for 2 hours. I like to put shredded cheese on top of each serving and William and I even like a spoon of sourcream added on top.
