Still Laboring

Just wanted to let everyone know that Diva is still having contractions. They are still over a hour apart or at least that's the only time she cries and moans and pushes her head against the wall. She stands up in her stall but doesn't want to leave it or walk around. I guessed May 2nd so I missed but those of you that picked May 3rd may just be winners! Will try to give you updates as I have them. Praying she doesn't labor long or hard and that I just have to be there for her and not actually have to help deliver. Cause this mammy don't know nothing about birthing no kids! The photo was taken right after a contraction. Or right after she stopped crying and moaning.

oh the poor girl - soothe and calm her for me - I am thinking of her (and you) constantly - I cannot wait (actually I hope she is having those babies right now!)
don't forget to ask St Francis to be with her - for a quick and easy delivery xoox

JUst be patient with Diva. Most animals handle birthing themselves without intervention. Wioth cows, I learned long ago not to get involved too soon. I am sure it is true of goats. As an old dairy farmer you know that I am sure. Did I just call you "old" . . .sorry! Put some fresh coffee on.

Poor Diva...I feel like I have been with her every step of the way and it is time to give her some peace already. That baby or babies just better hurry on and get here. I can't stand these sympathy pains I am having for her too much longer.

Saying a prayer for her and her baby/babies.

Hugs,
Connie

Hopefully by now it is all over with for her and those new little fellows are into this old crazy world. I will be stopping back soon. Does this make you a grandmother? smile. sandy
