Ms. Fran

After all the rain we have had the last few days it was nice seeing the sun shining. William decided Ms. Fran needed some fresh air and sunshine. We bundled her up and pushed her over to the homestead for a visit. She can't wait to be able to walk over for a visit but was happy to see the animals again even sitting in her wheelchair. Nitro was very happy to see her and when William started backing Fran away from the fence Nitro stuck out his tongue. I think he misses Fran walking by and scratching his head. She couldn't believe how much Frosty Dan and Brown Robyn had grown. The geese and ducks sure made a welcome noise for her. John Henry came right up close for his hello. It was a short visit as it was windy and she wanted to get back home. She wants to come again when she is more up to it and see my kitchen since its finished and sit and visit with me like old times. It was so nice to see her face as she talked to all the animals and checked out all the things around the homestead.

Wish that she would get better. It was nice of William to at least get her outside for awhile!! That should have made her feel a little bit better. Hope your day is going great too Peggy. Sandy

Hi Peggy,

So sweet of you and William to take Ms. Fran out in the sunshine for a while and to visit with the animals. I'm sure any kind of effort on her part wears her out. I pray that she will continue to gain strength.

Hugs,
Hope

I am sure the animals are very therapeutic for Fran to watch. They are so amusing at times and respond unconditionally to affection. One of my nieces and her fierce looking dog just qualified as a Animal Assisted Therapy team to work with the ill and old.

From what I read your new year will be as frenetic with activities and projects as the old year. I wish you and William happiness and delight with your animals and family
