Babies

Just not Sammi's. Sammi has decided to stop with the contractions, eat and get some sleep. Since there hasn't been any other discharge since the plug and she isn't in distress we aren't worried yet. The babies kicked when we checked her a few minutes ago. Diva is staying close by her side and I will go out to check her throughout the night. I am not even going to try to predict when she will have those babies. At least she isn't crying at the moment. But on to the babies. My daughter Maggie's dwarf goat Mandy had identical twin boys yesterday. They are smaller than a basketball but are adorable!

Peggy,

The kids are adorable. What are you going to name them? I so enjoy visiting here.

Peggy, I came back and saw your post title and of course thought Sammi had the babies that quick!! Those little dwarf goats are so cute!! The mother looks like a baby herself. Is that as big as they get??

Well! were the kids wanting to be born on Valentine's Day? No doubt they will get approriate names "Cupid", "Valentino" possibly.

This delivery is even starting to stress me out. What is usually a business like event in the bsrn yard is taking a "labouriously" long time.

What adorable little kids - I think I'd take them over real kids, ha! ha!

You've been so busy - see what happens when you start matchmaking - your Valentine's Day becomes very busy and you probably spent it in the straw....but not with your William!!!!
Hope all is going well - looks like the herd is definitely growing at Hidden Haven.

Hugs - Mary.

Never saw those before. How big DO they get? Is that an adult dwarf goat behind them in the first picture? The mom?
