Thank you so much Sara!!
Barb tagged me for a meme. The rules are to:
Link to your tagger and list these rules on your blog.Share 7 facts about yourself on your blog - some random, some weird.Tag 7( I could only think of 5) people at the end of your post by leaving their names as well as links to their blog. Let them know they have been tagged by leaving a comment on their blog.
Well I can never keep up with who has been tagged and who hasn't so consider yourself tagged if you would like to try this meme. Now here are my 7 facts.
1. Up until I was 45 years old scary movies terrified me so much I couldn't sleep or go outside after dark. Now I enjoy them and can go outside without a light at all hours of the night to check on the animals or noises.
2. When William and I bought Girl Scout cookies from scouts the other day I shocked them by telling them how much a box cost when I sold them (50cents). The poor little girls thought I was older than God.
3. When I worked a public job I fired over 20 people within a years time. My reason was why would I pay you if I am having to do your job.
4. I give several chances before firing but when I fire you... I don't change my mind.
5. I love to eat cold pinto beans in a sandwich... weird I know but boy its good!
6. I use to be so into decorating and rearranging my home. Now I am lucky if I take time from the animals to sweep and dust.
7. Before we got our animals I rode with William in his semi for a year. I loved it! I antiqued shopped my way through a lot of states and I love sleeping while someone else is driving. Had the best sleep of my life in the bunk of the truck while he drove!
Several of you have given me awards the past couple of weeks. I really do appreciate your thinking of me. I am also sorry that I got busy here on the homestead and didn't post them. I am so blessed that you visit this blog and enjoy it enough to come back. Thank you so much!

Well, those aren't things that would surprise me about you, Peggy! Sensible and sweet! Someday I want to hear stories from the year you rode with William.
Cute Peggy... I love your answers especially the one about the pinto bean sandwich. I love pinto beans ---but eat mine with cornbread.
I wish people could get fired these days since there are so many people who deserve to be fired.. But 'people's rights' (ACLU) jump in and keep anyone from being fired--no matter how poor they are doing their job... Okay--I'm off my bandwagon!!! ha
Hugs,
Betsy
Boy it has been a while since I have been here and I do apologize!! I miss coming by but you know LIFE!!! smile!!
I am so glad that you were never my boss...ha!!
Have a great day!!
Interesting facts, Peggy. I feel the same way about paying someone for not working.
Riding in the truck does sound like fun, seeing so many places.
Have a great day.
Pam
I loved your answers and had to go back up to make sure this was Peggy's place. I am so used to seeing goat facts and here were interesting Peggy facts. Really good post!

How fun!
I LOVE cold pinto bean sandwiches. Yumm! I love them anytime, but I really like them for breakfast. And since we grow our own beans...I can have them all I want. So I do understand you, I do.

I've enjoyed learnin' about you. I still am afraid of the dark. I don't think I'll ever get over it.
Hope you're havin' a great day.
What does disbudded mean? The longest I spent on the truck was one month and I love sleeping when he is driving too. Im going to try and go out for a week or so this summer. You were lucky to stop and shop, Justin doesn't stop for me. I sight see through the windows:) and shop at truck stops. The thing on my leg could be a boil, I just hope the antibiotics kick in soon.
I loved your answers! If we did not have the responsibility of the animals, I would love to travel the US like that. I bet you saw a lot!
Hi!
I stop in to visit your blog when I can. I just love your goats and the babies are so, so sweet!
Thanks for posting to keep us informed about them and you!
Congratulations on the awards, sis, you deserve them:-) I so enjoyed reading your list of things about you. I love scary movies, they're the best! lol I'll never forget this one time, though, when Shawn and I had just finished watching Candyman (very scary), I had to go in the basement to get something and just as I'm down there, Shawn turns off the lights on me and he starts whispering Candyman...well you've never seen anybody run back up those stairs so fast! lol He's lucky to be alive today...enough said! LOL How interesting that you rode with William for a year, I would have loved the antiquing part:-) xoxo
